Both bedrooms have their fitted wardrobes (fully dressed).
The spacious ground floor (condo pool level) boasts a bright open plan living/dining and kitchen area fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, electric heater), which leads out to a cozy private garden to enjoy the sun in private with two sun hammocks and a table for outside dining. At this level you also have a guest powder room (sink and a toilet) and, on a separate space, the utility room with washing and drying machines along with the ironing set. You also have your own private garage for 2 cars with storage room for 3 bikes to enjoy the surroundings of the village. You don´t need to worry about parking as it comes with a place in the underground video-surveilled garage. The villa is equipped with Internet WiFi and have some 30 international channels from UK, Netherlands, France,… including: BBC1, BBC2 & ITV
This villa makes an ideal place for anyone looking to relax on a holiday home or hoping to settle in the sun for few weeks or even months!!
