The modern kitchen is fully fitted with all quality appliances and leads into a spacious dining room and living room with direct access to a terrace and stunning garden.The first floor features a fabulous master bedroom with lounge/dressing area and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The master suite leads out to a terrace with superb La Concha views. To the right of the master suite there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. To the left of the master suite you will find another double bedroom with en-suite shower.On the basement level there is a double bedroom and an extra sleeping area with a partition curtain- please note that this area is not private so it would suit young families with children. Both areas share one bathroom. There is a laundry room and storeroom on the same floor.The private pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost and there is a Gazebo/Bar area perfect for entertaining friends and family. There is a separate BBQ area and plenty of space to enjoy dining al-fresco.This high quality and well-constructed house has ample garage space for several cars as well as A/C, TV and internet. A sublime villa, this is the ultimate retreat for sunshine, relaxation and luxury.Please note, there is a music system (portable speaker) which can be used for inside the villa or for the outside area & by the pool. There is no air conditioning in the basement (2 bedrooms) but there is 1 portable air conditioning machine available.Sleeps 12 persons.
