Das Anwesen Son Sard wurde erst kürzlich erbaut und besitzt eine moderne Luxusvilla mit der Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für bis zu 16 Personen.

Die Villa besitzt 7 Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus und ein Gästehaus mit einem weiteren Schlafzimmer.

Die Villa im Nordosten der Insel ist an schönen Hügeln und nur 2 km von der Costa de los Pinos gelegen.

Sie wurde im zeitgenössischen Stil mit seinen klaren Linien, der weißen Fassade und den kontrastreichen grünen Gärten harmonisch in die Landschaft eingefügt. Das Anwesen bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und einen großen Überlaufpool.

Son Servera ist ein sehr typisches mallorquinisches Dorf, liegt in der gleichnamigen Gemeinde und in der Nähe mehrerer Strände.
